Pursuant to Rule 85(4), membership of the Committee was amended as follows:
The name of the Honourable Senator Marchand substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Adams (November 28, 1996).
The name of the Honourable Senator Anderson substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Bonnell (November 25, 1996).
