Your Committee, which was authorized to examine and report upon the recommendations of the Royal Commission Report on Aboriginal Peoples, has in obedience to its Order of Reference of Wednesday, November 24, 1999, proceeded to that inquiry and now presents its Report entitled Forging New Relationships: Aboriginal Governance in Canada.
