Changes in membership of the committee:

Pursuant to rule 85(4), membership of the committee was amended as follows:

The name of the Honourable Senator Hubley is added to the list of members (May 14, 2001).

The name of the Honourable Senator Buchanan substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Bolduc (May 11, 2001).

The name of the Honourable Senator Doody substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Angus (May 15, 2001).
