The Standing Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs met at6:20 p.m. this day in room 160-S, Centre Block, the Chair, the Honourable Peter A. Stollery, presiding.
Members of the committee presents: The Honourable Senators Andreychuk, Austin, P.C., Bolduc, Carney, P.C., Corbin, Di Nino, Grafstein, Graham, P.C., Losier-Cool, Setlakwe and Stollery (11).
Other senators present: The Honourable Senators Day,Murray, P.C., Prud'homme, P.C. and Spivak (4).
In attendance: From the Research Branch of the Library of Parliament: Peter Berg.
Also in attendance: The official reporters of the Senate.

The committee resumed consideration of its Order of Reference pertaining to its study of Bill C-6, (See committee proceeding of November 27, 2001, Issue 18).
At 6:30 p.m., Mr. Bankes made a statement and answered questions.
At 7:30 p.m., Mr. Fawcett, Mr. Reiskind and Mr. Cooper made statements and answered questions.
At 9:05 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
