The Standing Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs has the honour to present its
FOURTEENTH REPORT
Your Committee, which was authorized by the Senate on Thursday, March 1st, 2001 be authorized to examine such issues as may arise from time to time relating to Foreign relations generally, now requests approval of funds for 2002- 2003.
Pursuant to Section 2:07 of the Procedural Guidelines for the Financial Operation of Senate Committees, the budget submitted to the Standing Committee on Internal Economy, Budgets and Administration and the report thereon of that Committee are appended to this report.

THAT the Committee report to the Senate no later than March 31, 2003.
