Changes in membership of the committee:

Pursuant to rule 85(4), membership of the committee was amended as follows:

The name of the Honourable Senator Finestone, P.C., was removed (Retirement) (January 28, 2002).

The name of the Honourable Senator Jaffer was added (February6, 2002).

The name of the Honourable Senator Fraser was substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Taylor (February 19, 2002).

The name of the Honourable Senator Cook substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Jaffer (February 20, 2002).

The name of the Honourable Senator Cordy substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Poy (February 20, 2002).
