2002-06-13/093 — In Camera Meetings
Senator Murray, P.C., pointed out that the proposed agenda listed all items to be discussed in camera and, following his previous comments raised at the May 9, 2002 meeting, asked if some items could be discussed public.
After discussion, the Chair indicated that items 4 and 5 could be dealt with in camera and the others could be discussed publicly.
Word of Thanks
The Chair made a statement about the work of the committee and thanked the Deputy Chair and other members of the committee for their contribution and the Administration for its support and assistance throughout the year.

It was agreed that the Minutes of Proceedings of the May 30 and June 4, 2002 meetings be adopted.

After debate, it was agreed that the Sixteenth Report be adopted.
2002-06-13/096 — Equipment Replacement Plan - Printing Services
Mr. Serge Gourgue reviewed the briefing note on Equipment Replacement Plan — Printing Services.
After debate, it was agreed that the Senate Administration enter into a contract of over $100,000 to acquire the required equipment.
At 9:40 a.m., it was agreed that the committee proceed in camera.
