Your Committee, which was authorized to examine and report upon the Canada - United States of America trade relationship and the Canada - Mexico trade relationship, has in obedience to its Order of Reference of November 21, 2002, proceeded to that inquiry and now tables its interim report entitled Uncertain Access: The Consequences of U.S. Security and Trade Actions for Canadian Trade Policy. (Volume 1).
