Pursuant to rule 85(4), membership of the committee was amended as follows:

The name of the Honourable Senator Plamondon is substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Mercer (February 23, 2004), pursuant to the third report of the Committee of Selection.

The name of the Honourable Senator Mercer is substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Munson (February 5, 2004).
