The Standing Senate Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs, to which was referred Bill C-15, to implement treaties and administrative arrangements on the international transfer of persons found guilty of criminal offences, met this day at 10:50 a.m. to give clause-by-clause consideration to the bill.
