The Honourable Senator St. Germain, P.C. moved, seconded by the Honourable Senator Cochrane,

That Bill C-41, An Act to give effect to the Maanulth First Nations Final Agreement and to make consequential amendments to other Acts, be referred to the Standing Senate Committee on Aboriginal Peoples.

The question being put on the motion, it was adopted.
