The Standing Committee on Internal Economy, Budgets and Administration met this day at 11:30 a.m., pursuant to rule 12-7(1), for consideration of financial and administrative matters; and in camera for consideration of financial and administrative matters.

The Chair: Welcome back, everybody. Happy New Year and health and happiness to everyone.

I see that the leader of the Liberal caucus is here with us today. That's good.

Before we get going, I would like to propose a reversal of an item on the agenda, with your approval. I would like to move Item 5 ahead of Item 4 because Item 4 might tend to be a longer item, and we have some guests that are making a presentation on Item 5. With everyone's approval, maybe I can switch 4 and 5 on the agenda.

Item 1 on the agenda is the adoption of the minutes of proceedings of December 10, 2015.
