The Standing Senate Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs has the honour to present its

TWENTY-SIXTH REPORT

Your committee, to which was referred Bill C-50, An Act to amend the Canada Elections Act (political financing), has, in obedience to the order of reference of May 3, 2018, examined the said bill and now reports the same with the following amendment:

1. Clause 2, page 9:

(a) Replace line 22 with the following:

“in subsection 384.3(6.1) or (8.1) unless he or she is satis-”; and

(b)replace line 27 with the following:

“ferred to in subsection 384.3(6.1) or (8.1) or within two”.
