Pursuant to rule 12-5 and to the order of the Senate of December 7, 2016, membership of the committee was amended as follows:

The Honourable Senator Woo replaced the Honourable Senator Wetston (September 27, 2017).

The Honourable Senator Wetston replaced the Honourable Senator Woo (September 26, 2017).

The Honourable Senator Black replaced the Honourable Senator Forest (September 26, 2017).

The Honourable Senator Moncion replaced the Honourable Senator Omidvar (September 21, 2017).

The Honourable Senator Jaffer was added to the membership (September 20, 2017).

The Honourable Senator Omidvar replaced the Honourable Senator Moncion (September 19, 2017).
