The Standing Senate Committee on National Finance met this day, in camera, at 9:30 a.m., in room 9, Victoria Building, the chair, the Honourable Joseph A. Day, presiding.
Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Callbeck, Dawson, Day, Dickson, Eggleton, P.C., Finley, Gerstein, Marshall, Murray, P.C., Plett and Ringuette (11).
Other senator present: The Honourable Senator Runciman (1).
In attendance: Philippe Le Goff, Analyst, Parliamentary Information and Research Service, Library of Parliament; Francine Pressault, Communications Officer, Communications Directorate.
Pursuant to rule 92(2)(e), the committee considered a draft agenda.

Ms. Fraser made a presentation and, together with Mr. Ricard, Ms. Cheng and Mr. Campbell, answered questions.
